Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our kitchen and dishwashing areas. Your work ensures our chefs have the tools they need and that our guests enjoy a safe, sanitary dining experience. You will be a vital part of our back-of-house operations, supporting a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, and dishware.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machinery and manually wash items as required.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored in their designated areas for easy access.
• Manage kitchen waste disposal and maintain a clean workstation throughout your shift.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks and other duties as requested.
