We are seeking a motivated Tender Executive to manage and facilitate our tender submissions through various government and online procurement portals. This full-time role is crucial for our expansion and offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within the healthcare distribution sector.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including searching, preparing, and submitting bids on government portals such as GeM, IREPS, and others.
• Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information, pricing, and technical specifications for tender applications.
• Maintain a systematic record of all tender submissions, outcomes, and follow-up communications.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in tender management. Familiarity with the medical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage, though candidates with relevant portal experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tender management or a similar role, with direct experience using government e-portals like GeM and IREPS.
• Prior experience in the medical or healthcare field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
