Job Description
As a vital member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive surgical care, managing a dynamic caseload from pre-operative to post-operative stages. Your primary focus will be performing a wide range of laparoscopic general surgeries, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety are consistently met in alignment with hospital protocols.
• Perform Laparoscopic General Surgeries including Gallbladder, Appendix, Hernia, and GI-related laparoscopic procedures.
• Handle a consistent, high surgical workload driven by government health schemes and routine operative cases.
• Conduct pre-operative evaluation, consent, surgical planning, and coordination with the anesthesia & OT team.
• Oversee post-operative care, monitor recovery, and ensure smooth patient discharge based on hospital protocols.
• Participate in IPD/OPD rounds, maintain accurate surgical documentation, and support continuity of care.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a skilled laparoscopic surgeon with expertise in gastrointestinal and day-care procedures, backed by strong clinical management abilities. Proficiency in adhering to scheme-specific documentation and a commitment to quality improvement in surgical outcomes are essential for this role.
