Job Description
Karan Group is seeking an organized and proactive Liaisoning Officer to join our team in Pune. In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth execution of our real estate projects by managing the end-to-end process of statutory approvals and compliance. You will act as the key point of contact between the company, government authorities, and external consultants, ensuring all necessary permissions and documentation are obtained efficiently to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with various government authorities and local bodies (PMC, PMRDA, RERA, Fire, Water, Electricity, etc.) to secure project approvals.
• Manage the complete follow-up process for applications, permissions, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, compliance files, and track all approval timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal project teams, consultants, and external agencies.
• Support the company in ensuring all projects adhere to statutory requirements for seamless execution.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate liaisoning. You must possess strong communication and follow-up skills, a basic understanding of Pune’s approval processes, and the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of proven experience in a liaisoning role, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Basic understanding of approval processes and statutory requirements in Pune (e.g., PMC, PMRDA, RERA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and persistent follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational ability to manage documentation, timelines, and compliance records effectively.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to navigate regulatory coordination.
