Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive data processing, stock control, and inventory management using Tally. This includes performing accurate daily processing of all inventory movements, inward receipts, outward dispatches, and maintaining real-time stock records to ensure perfect alignment between physical stock and system data. A key aspect of the role is to generate and provide critical reports for management review.
• Perform accurate daily data processing of inventory, inward, outward, and dispatch records.
• Maintain real-time stock records in Tally, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data.
• Generate essential stock reports, consumption summaries, aging reports, and variance analyses for management.
• Coordinate all logistical dispatches, including local, domestic, and interstate shipments.
Furthermore, the role encompasses managing end-to-end logistics and dispatch operations. This involves coordinating with transporters, preparing and verifying all necessary shipping documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries by proactively tracking shipments and resolving any delays or issues.
