Job Description
Evolve Artisanal is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Content Creation Executive to enhance our brand’s digital presence. In this full-time, in-person role, you will craft compelling narratives for our premium products across social media, blogs, and client communications. You will collaborate closely with the founder and design team, blending storytelling with visual design to drive engagement, awareness, and qualified leads. The role includes content creation, brand marketing support, and occasional travel.
Create high-quality content (captions, case studies, blogs, reels) for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Conceptualize, shoot (using basic phone skills), and coordinate BTS videos, product showcases, and client stories.
Execute monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and support events, exhibitions, and brand collaborations.
Monitor content performance, track engagement metrics, and research industry and competitor trends.
Collaborate with sales to create product decks, presentations, and client-facing communication (emails, WhatsApp scripts).
Assist in ORM (Online Reputation Management) and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation. You must possess strong writing skills, a visual and narrative mindset, and an understanding of premium or design-centric brands.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or brand communication.
Excellent English writing skills with a flair for storytelling.
Basic understanding of interior design, architecture, or premium lifestyle brands is preferred.
Proficiency with Canva, basic editing apps (CapCut, VN), and social media tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Ability to think visually and translate concepts into engaging narratives.
Basic photography/videography skills and interest are a plus.
