Role Overview
In this role, you will be the creative force behind our brand’s voice and visual identity. Working closely with the founder, design, and sales teams, you’ll develop compelling content that drives engagement, builds community, and supports business growth. This position blends creativity with strategy and offers hands-on involvement in all stages of content creation and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, including captions, blogs, case studies, and emailers.
• Visual Storytelling: Shoot and edit behind-the-scenes videos, product showcases, and client stories using your phone or in coordination with professional creators.
• Brand Marketing: Execute monthly content calendars, support event planning, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements to increase reach and lead generation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Create sales collateral, product decks, and client communication materials in sync with the sales team.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a creative, organized, and visually-minded professional with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand communication. A passion for design, storytelling, and premium lifestyle branding is essential.
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand communication.
• Excellent English writing skills with an ability to adapt tone for premium audiences.
• Basic knowledge of interior design, architecture, or luxury/lifestyle branding (preferred).
• Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN), and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A creative, narrative-driven mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
Preferred Skills
• Interest or basic skills in photography/videography.
• Experience with reels, trend research, and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools.
