Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our market presence across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives. This position requires extensive travel throughout PAN India to engage with clients across various segments and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and drive revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, high retention, and client satisfaction.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to successfully close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
• Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and closed deals for performance tracking and analysis.
• Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues to maintain trust and a high level of service.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential to understand diverse customer needs and provide tailored solutions in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience handling sales for various products across different market segments.
• Proficiency in English (Preferred).

• Sales Acumen: Strong ability to drive sales, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive negotiation abilities.
