Job Description
FatakPay is seeking a detail-oriented intern to support the development and execution of our CRM and customer retention marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker who is passionate about using data to understand user behavior and foster long-term customer relationships. You will assist in creating targeted communication strategies that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This three-month, in-person internship offers a hands-on opportunity to apply scientific principles to real-world marketing challenges in a dynamic fintech environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to support key retention efforts and analyze customer lifecycles. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in customer segmentation projects to enable personalized communication using data-driven logic.
• Supporting the coordination of retention strategies by analyzing user engagement patterns and drop-off points.
• Helping set up and optimize automated remarketing and customer lifecycle communication flows.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as customer support, to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with a strong quantitative and analytical background, capable of applying first-principles thinking to solve complex problems. The ideal intern is a proactive learner with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the intersection of data, technology, and customer-centric marketing. A background in a technical field is highly valued for this analytical role.
The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Education: Recent graduate or current student in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field. Recent MBA graduates with a strong quantitative undergraduate background are also welcome.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Technical Plus: Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a significant advantage.
