Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Design & Prototyping professional to join our team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept to production-ready design. You will collaborate closely with various teams to transform ideas into tangible, manufacturable products, ensuring all project goals are successfully achieved.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing and developing detailed product drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Building prototypes by coordinating with vendors and experimenting with innovative materials.
• Conducting rigorous prototype testing, analyzing performance results, and implementing design improvements.
• Collaborating with project managers, manufacturing teams, and colleagues to align on objectives.
• Solving complex design challenges and re-engineering for optimal production efficiency.
• Managing and organizing all existing design files for systematic access and version control.

• Proficiency in CorelDraw software is a mandatory requirement.

• Experience in prototyping, testing methodologies, and design analysis.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for internal teamwork and vendor management.
• A problem-solving mindset focused on design for manufacturability.
• This position is open to motivated freshers; prior experience is not required.
