Adentech Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing advertising agency based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, is seeking a driven Media Sales Associate. In this full-time role, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, responsible for driving media sales and forging key client relationships. You will specialize in generating new business leads and developing strategic partnerships within the dynamic media and advertising landscape.
Your core responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and formulating effective sales strategies aligned with agency targets. You will also manage revenue forecasts, track performance metrics, and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional passionate about the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads and drive media sales growth through strategic business development.
• Build and maintain long-term, productive partnerships with clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet agency objectives.
• Forecast sales revenue, track key performance metrics, and manage budgets to exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities in the media industry.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in the media or advertising industry. You must possess exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals. A strong existing network within media circles is a significant advantage. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is driven by targets and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
A minimum of two years of specific experience in media sales is mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. This role requires a self-starter who is keen on professional growth within an innovative agency.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in media sales (industry background mandatory).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education & Other Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).
• Ability to work in person at our Lower Parel, Mumbai office.
Job Details & Benefits:
• Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Package: 4-8 LPA)
