RenoDerm – The Skin and Kidney Clinic is seeking a dedicated Desk Receptionist to join our team at our clinic in Lal Baug, Chinchpokli, Mumbai. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a professional healthcare environment. Located conveniently near the railway station, this role is central to managing front desk operations, providing excellent patient service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our dermatology clinic. Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient clinic experience. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling patient check-ins and check-outs.
• Answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing basic information about clinic services.
• Managing patient records, scheduling, and maintaining organized front desk operations.
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
• Handling billing, payment collection, and maintaining a clean and professional reception area.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a reliable, well-presented individual with excellent communication skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor suitable for a healthcare setting. The ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
• A friendly, patient-centric approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
• The ability to work full-time and commute reliably to our Lal Baug, Chinchpokli location.
