Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to launch and promote our newly introduced pharmaceutical products. In this full-time, field-based role, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving prescription generation, and securing market penetration within your assigned territory. You will act as the primary link between our company and healthcare professionals, playing a critical role in the successful market introduction of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote company products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists) through regular and strategic field visits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive prescription generation for newly launched brands.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), doctors, and stockists.
• Conduct effective product presentations, detailing sessions, and follow-up visits to communicate scientific information.
• Collect and report vital market intelligence on competitor activities and trends.
• Ensure consistent product availability by coordinating closely with stockists and distributors.
• Plan daily schedules, route plans, and territory coverage efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and submit timely reports to management.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong scientific aptitude and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. You must be self-driven, organized, and capable of building trusted professional relationships to succeed in this target-oriented role.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand and explain scientific product details.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building a professional network.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Adherence to all company policies, ethical codes, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
