We are looking for a confident and articulate individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with customers, address inquiries, and support various communication initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who excels in verbal communication and enjoys interactive, phone-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers for purposes such as lead generation, customer follow-up, or information dissemination.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer questions and providing accurate information or directing calls as necessary.
• Clearly articulate product details, company information, or campaign messages in fluent English.
• Maintain a positive and engaging tone to ensure high-quality customer interactions and represent the company professionally.
• Document call outcomes and relevant customer information accurately in the provided system or log.
• Achieve daily call targets and adhere to communication scripts or guidelines as required.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent spoken English skills and the confidence to manage conversations effectively over the phone. A customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a target-driven environment are essential.
Requirements:
• Fluent and proficient spoken English is mandatory, with clear pronunciation and a confident telephone manner.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and call logging.
• A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle call rejections professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent; graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar phone-based role is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates with strong communication skills.
