Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Veterinary Sales Representative to build and maintain strong business relationships with veterinary professionals, retailers, and stockists. Your core responsibility will be to drive sales through regular visits and calls, promote our product portfolio using company-provided marketing aids, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular calls and visits to Veterinary Doctors, Para-Vets, Retailers, and Stockists.
Promote company products and services using visual aids, schemes, and marketing inputs.
Maintain product availability data and monitor expiry-related inventory at trade points.
Accurately log daily call data into the company’s online software application.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure healthy business relationships and effective territory coverage.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should have a background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals and possess strong communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach to field sales.
Required Competencies:
Educational qualification: B.Sc. (Life Science/Biology), M.Sc., B. Pharma, D. Pharma, or Diploma in Veterinary/Dairy.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities and a self-driven, result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to take on challenges and adapt to different locations/conditions.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Familiarity with digital reporting tools is a plus.
