Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a dedicated Medical Tourism Coordinator working on a rotational shift schedule. You will be the central point of contact for international patients, managing their entire healthcare journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. This position requires exceptional coordination skills to seamlessly bridge patients, medical providers, and travel logistics, ensuring a smooth and compliant international care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Coordinate end-to-end patient journeys, including treatment planning, cost estimates, travel, accommodation, and local concierge services (airport pickup, interpreters).
• Liaise between patients, doctors, and hospitals to gather medical opinions and finalize treatment plans.
• Manage administrative processes: visa documentation, medical records, appointment scheduling, and billing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while ensuring compliance with international healthcare and privacy regulations.
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure continuity of care.
• Support business development by identifying new market opportunities or partnership potentials.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, or high-touch customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multilingual ability is a strong advantage.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on detail, time management, and proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with international healthcare systems and a demonstrated sense of cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Required Shift Availability: Must be available for Night and Overnight shifts (Day shift availability is preferred but not mandatory).
