As a full-time, on-site Merchandiser based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, you will manage end-to-end merchandising activities. The role involves sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, tracking inventory, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely execution of uniform garment orders while maintaining quality standards and delivery commitments.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of merchandising experience in the garment or uniform industry, with strong coordination and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and consistent quality output.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site and handling operational responsibilities independently. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
