Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized Production Coordinator specialized in embroidery, dyeing, and printing to oversee our in-house and outsourced artisan operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the entire workflow—from developing samples and planning production to supervising artisans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate reporting and costing. You will use CAD software, update ERP systems, and lead a team to achieve quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop embroidery, dyeing, and printing samples according to designer specifications using CAD and production expertise.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules for in-house and outsourced artisans, ensuring timely completion and client deliveries.
• Supervise artisans, assign daily targets, and generate daily/weekly reports on progress, work hours, and output.
• Update ERP systems, manage stock requirements, and oversee floor management, including payroll tracking and safety compliance.
• Prepare costing for samples and production based on labor hours and material consumption, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience in textile production, strong technical knowledge of embroidery/dyeing/printing processes, and proven supervisory skills. You must be proficient in CAD, ERP systems, and production planning, with the ability to manage teams, maintain quality, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery, dyeing, printing, or textile production coordination.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and ERP systems for production updates.
• Strong knowledge of hand and machine embroidery, dyeing, printing techniques, and production planning.
• Experience in team supervision, target setting, reporting, and floor management.
• Ability to handle costing, inventory, and client delivery updates with accuracy.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
