Social Pill, an award-winning 360° digital agency, is seeking a highly skilled Meta & Google Advertising Expert to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube. You will drive lead generation and ROI for our diverse portfolio of D2C and B2B clients, collaborating closely with internal teams and directly interfacing with clients to deliver transformative results.
• Role: Strategize, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on performance and lead generation.
• Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute campaigns, conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and scale efforts based on performance metrics like ROAS, CPL, and CPA. Regularly report insights to clients and internal teams.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Work directly with clients to align digital strategy with business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional agency teams.
• Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. The schedule is Monday to Friday with day shifts.
• Compensation: The role offers an annual salary range of ₹4.8 to ₹5 Lakhs, along with benefits like a flexible schedule.
Skill Requirement
We require a seasoned professional with a proven track record in performance marketing, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent client communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a dynamic agency environment.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with proven success in lead generation and ROI.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Must possess strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for client interactions and reporting.
• Logistics: Must have a personal laptop for work and be open to working onsite from our Andheri West office.
• Work Style: Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, with efficient time management and strategic thinking.
