Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven MIS and Operations Executive to join our team in Mumbai. In this hybrid operations and reporting role, you will be responsible for managing data across multiple platforms, generating insightful reports, and ensuring smooth system operations. You will work closely with various teams to support data accuracy, reporting needs, and platform upkeep in a dynamic health and e-learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and analyze detailed MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).

Collect, consolidate, and validate data from diverse sources including e-learning systems, CRM tools, and other business applications.

Manage and update data on e-learning platforms, ERP, and internal software systems.

Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management and stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all digital platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Track and analyze marketing campaigns, providing regular performance reports and recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
Location: Marol Naka, Andheri, Mumbai (In-person Monday–Friday, Work from Home on Saturdays)
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Benefits: Provident Fund, Work from Home (Saturdays)

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills, experience in multi-platform data management, and excellent analytical abilities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Advanced MS Excel: Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.

Data Management: Ability to handle, validate, and maintain data across CRM, e-learning platforms, and ERP systems.

Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling, reporting, and system updates.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for coordination and reporting.

Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital business tools and software platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Knowledge of basic automation or reporting scripts.

Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign tracking.

Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in MIS, data management, operations, or related fields.

Preferred Experience:

1–4 years of professional experience in MIS, data analysis, operations, or system administration.

Proven experience in working with CRM software, e-learning platforms, or ERP systems.

Background in preparing management reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Skill-based flexibility in experience requirements will be considered.

Qualifications

A relevant bachelor’s degree is required to ensure foundational knowledge in business, data, or technology.

Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.

Advantageous:


Certification in MS Excel (Advanced), Data Analytics, CRM software, or Digital Marketing.

Additional training in business intelligence, database management, or e-learning systems.
