We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO at our Goregaon office. This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily executive and office activities. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized professional with a strong technical grasp of office tools and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This position requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and the capacity to coordinate effectively across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Create, manage, and update reports, trackers, and data summaries using advanced MS Excel, including formula-based calculations and data analysis.
• Handle day-to-day office coordination tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
• Act as a communication link between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, anticipate needs, and assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by the CEO.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks, representing the executive office with a high standard of integrity.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful male candidate who can work independently while supporting high-level executive functions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent English communication are essential for success in this role. A proactive, organized, and discreet approach is necessary to manage the varied responsibilities effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative, executive support, or office coordination role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including practical use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and support senior executives proactively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in our Goregaon, Mumbai office.
