SisuCare is a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare education company dedicated to creating high-quality pathways into licensed nursing careers. We are seeking an experienced NCLEX Instructor based in India to join our team. This full-time, remote role involves delivering live, synchronous online instruction to U.S. nursing graduates, empowering them to succeed on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN examination.
• Your primary responsibility is to deliver live, interactive online NCLEX classes for RN and/or PN candidates using structured, active-learning methods and evidence-based pedagogy.
• You will teach core NCLEX content areas, including Medical-Surgical, Pharmacology, Fundamentals, Maternal-Newborn, Pediatric, and Mental Health Nursing, while guiding students in clinical judgment aligned with the NCSBN test plan.
• A key aspect involves facilitating engaging learning through case studies, question deconstruction, polls, and real-time Q&A, as well as creating and reviewing asynchronous content.
• You will collaborate with the academic team to align instruction with curriculum standards, track student progress, and provide academic support during scheduled office hours.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a seasoned nursing educator with deep expertise in the NCLEX examination, clinical reasoning, and online instruction. You must be an excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly in fluent English to a diverse, international student population.
• Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required (MSN preferred). You must hold an active or previous RN license (India, U.S., or other recognized jurisdiction).
• Core Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 2 years of demonstrated NCLEX teaching experience (online or in-person) are mandatory.
• Essential Knowledge: Expert understanding of NCLEX test structure, the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (CJMM), and U.S. nursing content. Comfort teaching students from diverse backgrounds is crucial.
• Technical & Professional Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English with clear instructional delivery. Must have a reliable high-speed internet and professional home setup. Prior experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, LMS) and U.S. nursing standards is preferred.
