Job Description
The Night Operations & Care Supervisor at Zealver Living, Silent Hills, Belapur, is a full-time night shift role reporting to the Facility Administrator. This position is pivotal in ensuring resident safety, clinical quality, and seamless facility operations throughout the night. The supervisor manages nursing care, oversees facility readiness, coordinates tele-consultations, and handles all night-time communications.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Nursing Supervision: Oversee night-time care routines, vital checks, and medication administration. Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and resident comfort needs are met promptly.
• Facility Operations: Conduct safety and security rounds, monitor CCTV and access points. Supervise night housekeeping and coordinate with maintenance vendors for timely issue resolution.
• Stores & Inventory: Manage night-time availability of essential medical and care consumables. Maintain accurate stock logs and ensure organized storage.
• Tele-Consultation & Call Handling: Triage and manage all incoming night calls. Coordinate tele-consultations with doctors, schedule appointments in the EHR, and document all interactions.
• Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and corrective feedback to caregivers, security, and housekeeping staff to ensure protocol adherence and discipline.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification is required.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in nursing supervision or senior care operations.
Skills & Competencies
• Crisis Management: Remain calm, efficient, and dependable during emergencies.
• Supervision & Guidance: Ability to effectively supervise and guide caregivers and security staff.
• Communication: Exhibit clear communication for handovers, escalation, and doctor coordination. Possess strong telephone etiquette.
• Documentation: Demonstrate strong observation skills with accuracy in reporting and EHR documentation.
