Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nursing Coordinator or Senior Staff Nurse to oversee comprehensive patient care and clinical coordination. This full-time, in-person role involves managing both clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring high-quality nursing care, meticulous documentation, and efficient team leadership in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will play a central role in patient admission to discharge, emergency response, and daily care operations.

Your responsibilities span patient care, team management, and compliance oversight. Key duties include:
• Managing new admissions, discharges, and coordinating with doctors and families during emergencies.
• Conducting daily patient check-ups, monitoring vitals, and ensuring accurate logbook documentation.
• Overseeing nursing procedures such as wound dressing, bladder wash, IV administration, and catheter care.
• Training and supervising a team of 20–30 caregivers, managing staff rosters, and ensuring protocol adherence.
• Coordinating with hospitals, therapists, and families during emergencies and maintaining proper certification and documentation.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse with ICU or team management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a shift-based environment. Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with basic computer knowledge, is essential.

Must-have qualifications:
• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
• Experience: 1–3 years in ICU or as a Staff Nurse.
• Team Management: Experience managing 20–30 care assistants or similar teams.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi.
• Technical: Basic computer knowledge (Excel, documentation).
• Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).

Preferred attributes:
• Strong clinical skills in procedures like wound care, IV administration, and emergency response.
• Experience in stock management, audits, and caregiver training.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and communicate effectively with families and medical teams.
