Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to serve as the operational hub of our workplace. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless daily functioning by managing front-desk hospitality, supporting administrative workflows, and overseeing key office systems. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, playing a critical part in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and well-supported office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Reception & Hospitality, greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring a professional front-office presence.
Execute core Administrative Operations to facilitate smooth inter-departmental coordination and workflow.
Oversee Document Management, including filing, retrieval, and maintaining confidentiality of physical and digital records.
Handle Vendor Management for office services and supplies, from procurement to relationship management.
Support Payroll Processing by accurately compiling and managing Attendance Management data.
Maintain accurate Master Data in company databases (e.g., employee, vendor records).
Provide comprehensive Office Support, including supply inventory, mail handling, and workspace upkeep.
Coordinate Maintenance for office equipment and facilities with external service providers.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in Administrative Operations and providing comprehensive Office Support.
Strong organizational skills for effective Document Management and Master Data Maintenance.
Experience in Vendor Management and coordinating Maintenance activities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and office management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional Reception & Hospitality duties.
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
Prior exposure to supporting Attendance Management and Payroll Processing.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
