Job Description
This is a dual-role position for a Telecalling Executive focused on Lead Generation and Office Administration. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive telecalling while ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative operations. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be key to achieving targets and supporting the team.
Telecalling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospects, clearly explain products/services, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel. Follow up diligently and achieve set calling and lead targets.
Lead Coordination: Transfer qualified leads to the sales/operations team and maintain clear communication for seamless handover.
Office Administration: Maintain files, records, and documentation. Assist with attendance tracking, basic HR coordination, and handling incoming calls/visitors.
Operational Support: Support vendor coordination, manage office supplies, assist in report preparation and data entry to ensure efficient office functioning.
Compliance: Uphold office discipline, punctuality, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Skill Requirement

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum of 2 years total work experience, with at least 1 year in Administration or Customer Care.
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (local language is a plus).
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
Strong follow-up skills, time management, and commitment to data accuracy.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to multi-task effectively.
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
