Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls promptly, and manage all front-desk activities to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties, including generating memos and letters, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with billing processes by preparing and sending invoices, maintaining client databases, and tracking accounts to ensure smooth financial workflows.
• Update and manage key spreadsheets for accounting, production, and field services teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements, and oversee office upkeep by coordinating necessary repairs and vendor services.

• Proven administrative experience in a professional office environment.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
