We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our office at The Orange Lane. In this multifaceted role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of our workspace. Your responsibilities will encompass office management, administrative support, and serving as a key communication hub for the team.

You will be tasked with maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and functional office environment, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence. A significant part of your role involves meticulous documentation, record-keeping, and providing support across departments, including HR and basic accounting functions. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on creating order and facilitating seamless office operations.

Education & Experience:

Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Prior experience in an administrative role is a strong advantage.

Core Responsibilities & Skills:

Office Management: Maintain supplies, inventory, equipment, and overall workspace organization.

Documentation & Records: Prepare, file, and manage physical/digital documents and databases with confidentiality.

Communication: Professionally handle calls, emails, and act as a liaison between staff, clients, and management.

Administrative Support: Assist with HR tasks (onboarding, attendance), accounting (invoices, petty cash), and prepare reports/presentations.

Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data and generate regular reports.

Visitor Management: Greet guests and manage front-desk duties.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Versova, Mumbai.
