Join Vitalis Yoga and Physiotherapy as the welcoming face and operational heart of our wellness studio. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for creating a warm and professional atmosphere from the moment they walk in. You will manage all front desk activities, client coordination, and studio operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone.

Your responsibilities will span client communication, appointment scheduling, membership management, and supporting our yoga, Pilates, and physiotherapy teams. You will also assist in organizing wellness events and maintaining the studio’s day-to-day efficiency. This role is perfect for an organized, people-oriented individual who is passionate about health and wellness and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Skill Requirement

We are seeking a proactive and personable administrator with strong communication skills and experience in customer service. A background in the wellness or fitness industry is a significant advantage.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is required (a Master’s or degree in Administration/Management is preferred).

Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or admin roles is required (experience in wellness/fitness is highly preferred).

Secondary (10th Pass) education is a baseline preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and manage all walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.

Schedule appointments, classes, and follow-ups with instructors and therapists.

Manage client registrations, membership renewals, and payment tracking.

Maintain accurate client records, attendance logs, and studio documentation.

Update the official website and perform data entry as needed.

Coordinate daily studio operations with Yoga, Pilates, and Physiotherapy teams.

Liaise with vendors, housekeeping, and support staff for studio upkeep.

Assist in inventory management of props, equipment, and office supplies.

Support planning and execution of workshops, events, and promotions.

Maintain client communication via email, WhatsApp groups, and reminders.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media handling.

Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced environment.

Pleasant, client-first attitude and professional demeanor.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
