In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and supporting our real estate channel partnership activities.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing and updating important data, client records, and transaction details using Microsoft Excel.
• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing excellent front-desk support.
• Assisting with various office coordination tasks to ensure efficient workflow and team productivity.
