Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Office Boy / Office Assistant to join our team at MK Jewels. In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative support, document management, and office upkeep. Your reliability and helpful attitude will contribute directly to a productive and efficient work environment.
• Handle labelling, indexing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing office documents.
• Serve refreshments to staff and visitors; maintain pantry cleanliness and supplies.
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure office, conference, and reception areas are tidy.
• Execute runner duties, including bank work, internal product carriage, and personal customer deliveries.
• Assist with basic data entry and maintain simple trackers for documents under guidance.
• Manage courier dispatch/receipt and facilitate inter-departmental document transfer.
• Provide basic technical support by checking printer/PC connections and contacting IT vendors when needed.
Skill Requirement
