A client of Accord Consultancy is seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a full-time position based in Andheri West, Mumbai. This role is ideal for a graduate with strong administrative skills and prior experience in a manufacturing company environment. You will be responsible for providing essential support through general office administration and coordination, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
In this position, you will handle a variety of clerical and organizational tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining efficient office workflows, managing communications, and supporting overall office functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle general office administration and coordination tasks.
• Manage correspondence, including sending emails and formal letters.
• Utilize MS Word and advanced MS Excel for documentation and data management.
• Support various departments with clerical and organizational duties as needed.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with solid experience in an office setting. The candidate must be proficient in English and possess strong computer skills to manage administrative duties effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as an Office Assistant, specifically within a manufacturing company.
• Education: A Graduate degree is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and advanced MS Excel is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Logistics: Candidates must reside between Churchgate and Borivali. Age below 35 years.
Job Details:
• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Location: In-person at Andheri West, Mumbai.
