Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Office Assistant to grow with us. This role involves providing simple HR support, office coordination, basic inventory updates, and communication assistance for our branding operations. No deep experience is required—just good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Training will be provided.
Your key responsibilities will include:
A. HR Support (Training Provided):
• Attend calls from candidates and guide them about open roles.
• Schedule interviews and maintain a simple hiring tracker.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation.
• Help maintain attendance and basic HR records.
B. Office Coordination:
• Maintain files, documents, and office supplies.
• Support daily office operations and handle simple data entry.
• Coordinate courier dispatch and assist with small office tasks.
C. Inventory & Material Records:
• Maintain basic records of commonly used branding materials (acrylic, vinyl, LED modules, metal/SS sheets, ACP sheets).
• Keep the sample area neat and organized.
• Perform simple stock entry in Excel/Zoho (training provided).
D. Branding & Vendor Coordination:
• Coordinate with branding suppliers and fabrication vendors.
• Follow up on delivery timelines and maintain vendor contact lists.
• Support the team during branding and exhibition projects.
• Assist in collecting digital assets and sample photos for online presence.
Skill Requirement
Skills We Are Looking For:
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi; basic English is acceptable.
• Polite, friendly, and confident on phone calls.
• Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, Excel); training will be provided.
• Organized, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with team members, vendors, and candidates.
Education & Experience:
• 12th Pass or Graduate.
