Job Description
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is central to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-supplied workplace, enabling all staff to focus on their core duties. The position requires a proactive, hands-on approach to a wide variety of tasks, from facility upkeep to clerical support, all performed with a high degree of reliability and service orientation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the pantry area.
• Handling document management tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and internal delivery of documents.
• Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to office staff and visitors with courtesy.
• Assisting in the receipt, distribution, and dispatch of courier packages, mail, and parcels.
• Delivering and retrieving documents or items as requested by staff members.
• Ensuring office supplies—including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials—are adequately stocked and replenished.
• Running small errands outside the office, such as banking transactions or purchasing minor items, as instructed.
• Assisting in the setup and cleanup of meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Managing proper waste disposal and supporting office recycling practices.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by Seniors to support daily office operations.

• Basic physical fitness for tasks involving moving supplies, standing, and light cleaning.
• Trustworthiness and reliability in handling documents, mail, and financial errands.
