Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Office Boy (Packing) to join our team in Andheri West (Veera Desai), Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for freshers or those with up to one year of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to carefully pack completed items for shipment while strictly following company packaging guidelines. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, identify any defective products before they are dispatched, and keep accurate records of all materials moving through the warehouse. The role operates on a fixed shift (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM) and offers a competitive monthly salary of ₹12,000 to ₹16,000, along with benefits like health insurance (ESIC), paid time off, and leave encashment.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should hold a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) certificate and possess a basic ability to read English, which is essential for identifying labels and shipment instructions. You should be comfortable using standard hand tools such as tapes, scissors, and cutters to ensure secure packaging. While previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value individuals who have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail to spot damaged goods, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Since we are looking for an immediate joiner, candidates who can start right away will be given preference.
