About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing our core technical platform. Your work will involve mapping complex IT infrastructures, ensuring system compatibility and performance, and making strategic decisions based on total cost of ownership and return on investment. This is a leadership position for a seasoned professional capable of independent work and guiding a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Map the relationships between IT infrastructure components, including end-users, systems software/hardware, and transmission networks.
Identify key technology interactions and dependencies to achieve organizational targets for integration, compatibility, and performance.
Evaluate the total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) for various IT platform and infrastructure alternatives.
Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term team activities and projects.
Provide professional expertise, supervise less experienced professionals, and take responsibility for the end product.
Make operational decisions within a defined scope to improve day-to-day activities and processes.

Comprehensive, specialized knowledge in IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
Proven experience executing specialized projects and generating own workload with minimal supervision.
Experience managing a team of individual contributors is required.
