Shree Advertising is a premier Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising agency with over 25 years of industry leadership. Since our establishment in 2000, we have specialized in delivering impactful advertising solutions—from hoardings and bus wraps to digital displays and train audio—across the MMR region and Pan-India. We own an extensive media inventory including 300+ hoardings, 250+ bus shelters, and 750+ station boards, empowering businesses to scale through innovative OOH campaigns.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – AD Space Sales for a full-time, on-site role at our Navi Mumbai office. You will lead our sales and revenue generation efforts, driving strategic growth by selling our diverse OOH media portfolio and managing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets across our owned media inventory.
• Prospect, pitch, and close deals with advertisers, media agencies, and brand partners (CMOs, Media Heads).
• Build and nurture long-term relationships through regular client meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations) to design tailored advertising solutions and ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Conduct quarterly/annual forecasting, budgeting, and post-campaign analysis (PCA) for clients.
• Mentor junior sales team members, set KPIs, and drive team performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and introduce innovative ad offerings (e.g., programmatic, AI-driven solutions).
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely billing and collections.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a strategic sales leader with a hunter’s mindset and deep expertise in media sales, particularly within the OOH/advertising sector. The ideal candidate excels in client relationship management, team leadership, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in advertising/media sales, preferably in OOH/outdoor advertising.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and managing key accounts (agencies & direct clients).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team development.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Navi Mumbai office.

Preferred Qualifications
• Established network with media agencies, brands, and advertising decision-makers.
• Understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance analytics in advertising.
• Knowledge of current advertising trends, including digital OOH and programmatic buying.
