Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Marketing Executive specializing in Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing online campaigns to elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. Reporting directly to the Business Development Head, you will play a key role in driving our digital presence and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content, optimize website performance, and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, responding to inquiries, and handling lead follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and integrate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a proactive digital marketing professional with 3–9 years of experience in planning and managing online campaigns. A background in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services is a plus, but strong strategic and executional skills in digital marketing are essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
3–9 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently under deadlines.
Must reside within 45–60 minutes of CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sectors.
Familiarity with logistics terminology (inbound/outbound, inventory, dispatch).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or data management software.
Experience in copywriting, conversion optimization, and multi-channel campaign management.
