We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Operations and Customer Service Coordinator (Patient Care Coordinator). This full-time position is based opposite DN Nagar Metro Station, Andheri West, Mumbai. You will be the vital link between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for patients receiving care from the comfort of their homes.
In this dynamic role, you will coordinate all aspects of service delivery, from initial inquiry to post-visit follow-up. You will work in a fast-paced environment across various shifts, collaborating with medical, logistics, and technology teams to uphold our high standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage service coordination from start to finish.
• Accurately schedule doctor home visits using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange transportation for medical personnel.
• Monitor and assist in the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure patient satisfaction at every interaction.
• Collaborate with medical, tech, and operations teams for effective service delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve any operational or service-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work rotational shifts, including day, night, and overnight hours.

Job Details:
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
• Location: Opposite DN Nagar Metro Station, Andheri West, Mumbai.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (7 AM – 4 PM, 3 PM – 12 AM, 11 PM – 8 AM).
