We are currently seeking an experienced and proficient Oracle SQL Trainer to conduct training sessions for students and professionals, helping them build strong database management and SQL skills.
In this role, you will deliver engaging and effective training sessions either online or at our nearby Skill Development Centres. You will be responsible for creating a structured learning environment and equipping trainees with practical Oracle SQL knowledge that can be applied in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Oracle SQL training sessions for batches of students or professionals, either online or in-person at designated centers.
• Develop and deliver structured training modules covering fundamental to advanced Oracle SQL concepts.
• Use your own valid Oracle software and training materials to facilitate hands-on learning.
• Assess trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet varied learning needs.
• Prepare and update training content to keep it aligned with current industry standards and practices.
• Maintain a professional and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and skill development.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a certified or highly experienced Oracle professional with strong training and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex database concepts for learners at different levels.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Oracle SQL, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and database design.
• Training Skills: Proven experience in conducting training sessions, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Resources: Must have access to valid Oracle software and own training materials (presentations, exercises, case studies, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
• Job Type: Contractual / temporary engagement with flexible scheduling based on batch requirements.
Preferred Attributes:
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer or academic instructor in database technologies.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
• Ability to travel occasionally to nearby training centers in Thane or surrounding areas.
