Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous B2B Operations Executive to manage high-volume order processing and dispatch operations for Amazon B2B and Flipkart B2B. In this full-time, in-person role based in Bhiwandi, you will be the central point for ensuring accurate and timely execution from order download to final dispatch. Your focus will be on error-free coordination, strict compliance with platform guidelines, and efficient handling of all logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Download, verify, and process daily B2B orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to confirm product availability and manage shortages.
• Prepare bulk pick lists, oversee the picking process for accuracy, and ensure compliant packing (including labelling and palletization).
• Schedule and manage delivery appointments with Amazon & Flipkart Vendor Hubs.
• Prepare and manage all necessary B2B documentation (PO, ASN, packing list) for dispatch.
• Liaise with transporters and platform teams to ensure on-time, error-free shipments.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Proven experience with Amazon B2B & Flipkart B2B vendor hub processes.
• Strong understanding of B2B documentation, bulk picking, palletization, and dispatch coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with order management systems.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling high-volume, time-sensitive tasks.
• Willingness to commute to or relocate near Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
