Baked with Love by Annie, a celebrated cloud kitchen in Wadala West – Matunga East, is seeking a dedicated Order Taker to join our sweet team. In this customer-facing role, you will be the welcoming voice and key point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and orders for our custom cakes and gourmet desserts. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth, pleasant, and efficient ordering experience, turning every customer interaction into a moment of delight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all customer orders professionally via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and manage customer feedback effectively.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Oversee and accurately communicate client requirements to the kitchen and operations team.
• Diligently follow company policies, order processes, and communication protocols.

• Availability: Flexible to work long hours with minimal days off. Weekly off is Monday
