Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive to enhance and protect our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online reputation across key platforms, optimizing listings, handling customer feedback, and ensuring consistent brand representation. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, improving visibility, and maintaining a positive online image through strategic engagement and content optimization.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and managing reviews and ratings on OTAs to improve overall scores and engage with customers professionally.
• Optimizing website property listings to ensure accuracy, appeal, and performance.
• Enhancing brand identity through high-quality, optimized imagery and collaboration with the design team.
• Upholding brand consistency and values across all digital platforms and content.
• Addressing client grievances promptly and professionally to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Managing escalations and implementing damage control strategies to protect brand reputation.
• Listing new properties and delisting inactive or non-performing listings to maintain portfolio quality.

Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• Experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or a related customer-facing digital role.
• Proficiency in managing OTA platforms (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com) and optimizing online content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer engagement and review management.
• Ability to handle customer complaints, escalations, and damage control with tact and efficiency.
• Attention to detail for accurate listing updates, image optimization, and brand consistency.
• Basic understanding of branding guidelines and visual content standards.
• Proactive and analytical approach to monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
