Burraa is an experience-first platform that makes discovering and booking activities, events, dining, and getaways effortless. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to grow our curated network of local partners. In this role, you will be the primary driver for expanding our supply across key cities, ensuring our platform offers the best and most diverse experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identifying, pitching to, and onboarding new experience partners (activities, events, restaurants, holidays, plays) in Pune and Mumbai.
• Effectively communicating Burraa’s value proposition to secure partnership deals and onboard partners onto our platform.
• Collecting, verifying, and managing high-quality partner listings, including pricing, images, descriptions, and availability.
• Collaborating with internal marketing and tech teams to ensure a smooth partner launch and listing go-live process.
• Building and nurturing long-term, productive relationships with local partners to ensure a growing, high-quality supply.

We are looking for a motivated individual with deep local roots and a passion for the city’s vibrant experience ecosystem. You should be a natural connector and negotiator, comfortable with field work and excited to be the face of Burraa on the ground. Requirements:
• Mandatory: Fluency in Marathi and strong local knowledge of Pune and/or Mumbai.
• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in sales, business development, or partner onboarding is a strong plus.
• Work Style: Must be comfortable with extensive field work, meeting partners in person, and working towards weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
• Mindset: A proactive, result-oriented go-getter who is passionate about local experiences and building relationships.
