Job Description

Parasnath Speciality Clinic is seeking a highly driven and target-focused Patient Care & Business Executive. This multifaceted role combines frontline patient care, business management, and sales within an Ayurvedic clinical setting. You will be the central hub for patient engagement, responsible for converting consultations into long-term treatment plans, managing the entire patient journey, and driving the clinic’s business growth. Success is measured by achieving key performance targets in patient enrollment, retention, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless new patient registration and convert them into long-term treatment plans, maintaining a minimum 70% enrollment ratio.
• Proactively manage patient schedules, especially for Panchakarma (SRDP) treatments, to prevent patient disconnection.
• Conduct rigorous follow-ups for payment recovery and actively re-engage old patients to encourage revisit.
• Pursue new patient leads from marketing campaigns and referrals to expand the clinic’s patient base.
• Manage clinic stock with zero discrepancies, handle accurate billing/invoicing, and maintain daily MIS reports.
• Coordinate with finance partners (e.g., SAVEIN/FIBE) to assist patients with financial options.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Aggressive & Target-Oriented: A proven drive to achieve and exceed business and enrollment targets.
• Strong Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to confidently recommend and enroll patients in treatment packages for their well-being.
• Excellent Communication & Follow-up: Superior verbal skills in Marathi and Hindi (English preferred) for effective patient engagement.
• Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Must manage patient coordination, stock, billing, and reporting simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive in resolving patient concerns and operational challenges.
• Tech & Financial Savvy: Proficiency in managing MIS, invoicing, and finance coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience in a similar sales/patient care role.

Experience & Logistics:
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month + performance-based incentives.
• Education: Bachelor’s (Required).
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (Required).
• Languages: Marathi & Hindi (Required). English (Preferred).
• Work Location: In person.
• Performance: Must achieve 70% enrollment rate and 100% appointment adherence for key treatments.
