Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Technician to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet our quality and functionality standards. Your daily tasks will focus on the precise manufacturing and repair of electronic assemblies.
Your primary duties will include component stuffing (SMD and through-hole), soldering, PCB testing, and troubleshooting faulty units. A strong emphasis is placed on quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be diligent, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a solid practical understanding of PCB construction. This is a full-time position based in Andheri, and preference will be given to candidates residing in or near this location for logistical convenience.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have formal training and practical experience in PCB assembly and testing. We are looking for a reliable individual who can maintain high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Education & Core Requirement:
Mandatory: ITI or Diploma in Electronics.
Minimum 6 months of solid, practical experience in PCB testing and soldering.
Must reside in or around Andheri, Mumbai.
Technical Skills & Responsibilities:
Perform PCB Testing and Soldering (both through-hole and surface-mount).
Experience in SMD (Surface Mount Device) component stuffing and repair.
Conduct quality control checks during and after the assembly process.
Possess good knowledge of PCB components and their identification.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and rework assembled PCBs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
