Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and diligent Peon to join our office team and ensure smooth daily operations. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office, requiring in-person attendance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that support our workplace environment and assist with administrative logistics.
Your core duties will involve maintaining office functionality and providing support across multiple areas:
• Managing the office pantry, including making tea and coffee for staff.
• Performing general office cleaning and upkeep duties.
• Handling various other office errands and tasks as assigned.
• Traveling to multiple locations for document pickup, delivery, and other external work.
Skill Requirement
The successful candidate should be responsible, physically fit for the duties involved, and possess a proactive work ethic. Good organizational skills and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks are crucial for this supportive role.
We require the following specific qualifications and abilities:
• A valid 2-wheeler license and proficiency in riding a two-wheeler.
• Ability to commute to and work from our Churchgate location.
• Willingness to travel locally for office-related errands.
• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is required.
• Prior experience in a similar office support role is preferred.
