Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive brand growth from our office in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. This role is designed for a data-driven marketer who can blend analytical rigor with creative communication to deliver measurable results. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across key digital channels, directly impacting our growth metrics and ensuring a cohesive brand experience for our audience.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the performance marketing function, collaborating closely with other teams to optimize the entire user journey. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Planning, executing, and continuously optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Managing and improving key performance metrics, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates.
• Analyzing campaign data and user behavior in GA4 to derive insights and implement performance improvements.
• Collaborating on the development and optimization of landing pages, marketing funnels, and supporting content.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends.
