Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention to meet business targets.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and efficiency.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend effectively, and provide regular reports on performance against KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
Expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and data visualization platforms.
Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Understanding of marketing funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
