Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring the CTO’s office runs with maximum efficiency in our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, enabling the CTO to focus on strategic leadership.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive executive support, including meticulous calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Acting as the primary communication liaison between the CTO and all internal/external stakeholders.
• Drafting and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism.
• Offering operational support by tracking project deadlines, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reports and dashboards.
• Coordinating key events, workshops, and meetings to ensure their seamless execution.

The required skills and qualifications are:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication is also listed).
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams or Slack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, outstanding multitasking ability, and a professional demeanor.
• A tech-savvy mindset with an interest in emerging technologies.
